simple 11.11.11 celebration! good times. :)
For furniture styles class, our homework is to draw chairs showing a particular period in history. Here are just some of my drawings!
Drafting floor plans - just one of the many things I learned in school. :)
Can’t believe it’s March already! The realization hit me just awhile ago while I was checking Tumblr and there was this typography that said, “goodbye February, welcome March.” Indeed, time flies so fast!
February was sooo toxic and hectic. It is the month of birthday parties; dad, mom, RJ, 2 aunts, RJ’s sister, a couple of friends, not to mention valentines and monthsary dates. Whew, the added weight on my belly. Tsk. And the plates for school, oh my God. It seemed I even lacked time to breathe, rushing all the things that needs to be done. What a productive and meaningful month.
Thank you Lord for February! Hello March!! :)
With my friends I am abundantly blessed. Happy memories. :)
This week was extremely hectic. RJ had his birthday this week, 1 cabriole leg chair plate for freehand drawing, 1 spiral staircase plan and elevations for mechanical drawing (which was the hardest of all the plates we’ve done), attending to mom’s birthday preparations and office work that has been piling up and unattended. I cant even think of how I’d cope for next week as due dates and tests come near. But God gave me friends, and He reminded me to relax and not be overwhelmed with everything through this verse:
“So don’t be anxious about tomorrow. God will take care of your tomorrow too. Live one day at a time.” Matthew 6:34
And also through this verse I felt abundantly blessed. Surely tomorrow will be stressful, but God gave me the luxury of education, of being employed, and the opportunity to pursue my dreams. In return, I couldn’t thank the Lord enough. :)
Busy busy indeed, but God will take care of the days to come. Live life one step at a time. :)
